Shipping & Returns

Every order is hand-packed in the studio and shipped via USPS or UPS through Pirate Ship. Ready-to-ship items leave within 2–3 business days. You'll get a Shopify email with tracking as soon as the label prints — no ghost "shipped" statuses, promise.

• Domestic (US) tracked shipping is calculated at checkout.
• Custom drawings ship on a separate 2–4 weeks timeline.
• We keep an eye on tracking and reship lost packages when the carrier confirms them missing.

International shipping opens up as demand grows. If it's not enabled at checkout for your country yet, send a note and we can quote it manually. You're responsible for any customs duties from your country.

Because pieces are made in small batches, returns are handled personally. Reach out within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo — most exchanges and store credit requests are approved quickly. Custom drawings are not automatically refundable, but we always look at each request.

If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, send a message via Order Help with photos. We'll replace, reship, or refund — whichever makes it right.
